THE FUNDAMENTALS
A lot has changed since 1998, when I built my first ever website. Today, it's possible to build a website without knowing a thing about coding. Platforms like Wordpress, WIX, and Squarespace have matured into very capable systems.
Although the nuts and bolts have changed, the fundamentals remain. Good design still requires an understanding of colour psychology, typography, user experience, copywriting, photography and illustration.
